Using the CRM

A brokerage applies to use Projekt Studio CRM and may use it once Projekt Studio approves it. We may decline or later suspend a brokerage, for example for non-payment or misuse.

The brokerage pays a monthly price for each person who can sign in. Prices are shown before approval; we give notice before they change.

The brokerage owns the records it and its agents put in the CRM. It is responsible for having the right to store them, and for who it lets sign in. We process those records only to provide the service.

If you connect Google Calendar, you allow the CRM to use it as described in the privacy policy. You can disconnect at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use the CRM for anything unlawful, to send spam, to reach data that is not yours, or to interfere with how it runs.

No warranty, and limits

The CRM is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Projekt Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to what the brokerage paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending, changes and the law

A brokerage may stop at any time and ask us to delete its records. We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date.
